How to use this tool

A worked example

Replace literal a.b in a.b aXb → only the first token changes.

What to know

Search is literal, not a regular expression. Replacement characters such as $ and backslashes are inserted as written. Matches do not overlap.

Supported inputs and limits

100,000 input characters; up to 1,000,000 output characters.
