A LITTLE GUIDANCE

How to use this tool

  1. Open a PDF and choose the pages to number.
  2. Choose the first number, placement and margin.
  3. Create the output and inspect the numbered preview before download.

A worked example

Apply numbering from 5 to a three-page PDF → visible page labels 5, 6, 7 at the chosen position.

What to know

Selected pages are numbered sequentially in selection order. Existing page numbers are not removed. Placement accounts for page rotation and crop boxes; check that new numbers do not overlap content.

Supported inputs and limits

20 MiB and 50 pages; margin 8–100 points; encrypted, signed and interactive-form PDFs are rejected.

Where is my data processed?

In your browser. Cloud saving is optional: only the supported inputs, settings or files you explicitly choose are uploaded. Download or save anything you want to keep before closing the page. Read our privacy details.
