A LITTLE GUIDANCE

How to use this tool

  1. Choose timestamp-to-date or ISO-date-to-timestamp.
  2. Set seconds or milliseconds, or enter an ISO date with an explicit UTC offset.
  3. Calculate the UTC and selected-zone representations.

A worked example

0 seconds → 1970-01-01T00:00:00Z; 1000 milliseconds → 1970-01-01T00:00:01Z.

What to know

Timestamp zero is 1970-01-01T00:00:00Z. Seconds may include milliseconds as a fractional part. ISO input must include Z or an offset; sub-millisecond precision is rejected.

Supported inputs and limits

Whole-millisecond precision within the Temporal instant range.

Where is my data processed?

In your browser. Cloud saving is optional: only the supported inputs, settings or files you explicitly choose are uploaded. Download or save anything you want to keep before closing the page. Read our privacy details.
