A LITTLE GUIDANCE

How to use this tool

  1. Choose linear or radial and set the linear angle.
  2. Edit two to five color stops and their positions.
  3. Generate, preview and copy the CSS declaration.

A worked example

A two-stop 90-degree linear gradient exports CSS whose rendered endpoints match the preview.

What to know

Stops must be in nondecreasing order. Equal-position stops produce hard transitions. Radial output uses a circle centered in its box; linear angles follow CSS conventions.

Supported inputs and limits

2–5 stops, positions 0–100%, linear angle within ±3,600 degrees.

Where is my data processed?
