How to use this tool

A worked example

A 20-character password meets the selected character rules; a passphrase contains the requested number of independently selected words.

What to know

Random choices use Web Crypto with rejection sampling. Passwords include at least one character from each selected group. Passphrases sample an English 2,048-word list independently. Results are never saved here, and this is not a cryptocurrency recovery-phrase tool.

Supported inputs and limits

Passwords 8–128 characters; passphrases 4–12 words.
